How to Install an Above Ground Pool
Having an above the ground pool would be a nice addition to your house. It can be a source of fun and recreation. There is even a good variety of above the ground pools you can choose from.
Keep in mind important things when you decide to build an above the ground pool. Check first your area's building codes and its confining laws. There are some legal obligations you need to follow when putting your above the ground pool.
You also need to ensure that there are no utility or gas lines. This should be within the proximity of your pool. You need to obtain permits before starting this task.
You can start shopping for the pool you want once you have done the necessary checking. You can choose from round, oval or rectangular shaped pools. Buy the ones with very good quality.
Start the installation once you have gotten the pool and have read the manufacturer's guide. You can create a hole. It should be dug into a certain depth. It needs to fit according to the manufacturer's recommendation.
Remove all stones and pieces of sticks. The can damage the floor of your pool. You can then cover the hole with sand.
Rake the sand until it becomes levelled. There should be about two inches of sand used for the base. The sand must be compacted evenly.
Set in the bottom ring followed by the wall supports. Concrete pavers should be buried right where you are going to assemble the wall support.
Install the wall sections with one another. You can place them in tracks right in the base. You can now place in the upright supports. Install and put in the top rail.
This is where the vinyl liner of the pool can be installed. There should be no creases here.
You can now fill the pool with water. Even out and prepare the area where you will place the filter and the pump. You can now set in the pump. Add the filter and all the other pool equipment. You would have to cut holes into the liner.
The last step is for you to clean and balance out the pool's water. This should be done before you swim in it.
